Getting your test results
It is often possible to obtain test results by telephoning the surgery between 2pm & 4pm.
Callers to Woodley should choose the results option 3.
Reception staff are not qualified to give some results.
If we have your mobile telephone number we can text you a message to inform you your results are normal or asking you to contact the surgery.
Our receptionists can only provide test results by telephone that have been previously verified by a GP and in some circumstances your test results e.g. X-rays, will only be given to you by your own GP by either a telephone or face to face consultation.
Results can only be given to the patient concerned.
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- using the GP online system – Patient Access
- phone on 0118 969 7307 or visit us between 2pm to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are
