clock_in_redWhen We Are Closed

If you have a life threatening emergency please call 999.

If you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery reopens, please call NHS 111.  Calls to the NHS 111 service are free to both landlines and mobiles.

You may be asked to attend the Primary Care Centre in Reading, instead of having a home visit. For many problems a telephone consultation may be appropriate.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
